Is there a minimum number of people for which a professional event in Versailles can be organised?

No, there is no minimum required. We pride ourselves on our ability to propose original and exclusive venues to suit all events and budgets. We can cater for a relaxed business meeting for 6 in our private Orangerie suite or a cocktail party for 200 in a 130m2 ballroom.

What venues can you offer?

So Versailles is the only events organiser capable of providing access to the best venues the city has to offer, as well as opening doors to the most private ones. From the most prestigious, the Palace itself, to the most original, a loft studio, to the most charming, the Orangerie. The beautiful Trianon Palace boasts a range of functional meeting rooms, whilst our private apartment with views over the Palace gardens offers a most exclusive retreat. We also propose a range of other hotels, museums, concert venues, ballrooms and restaurants.

What kind of events can you organise for business groups?

History, Culture and Heritage: In a city steeped in culture and history, we offer guided tours which propose classical as well as more unusual discoveries (access to the roof above the hall of mirrors, the King’s vegetable garden, the royal bathrooms …) Also included are the hotel for Foreign Affairs, the hall of the ‘Jeu de Paume’, the Lambinet museum, the Bartabas stables… and all special exhibitions at the Palace.
